“Reimbursement in 7 days, replacement in 15 days and maintain for all the life”, this is our service promises. We have established a complete after-sales service system; this will allow you to share our service anywhere and anytime once you purchase Unitone’s mobile phone. To year 2005, more than 200 service centers have been established and have covered with many cities including those cities out-of-the-way. It helps us supply more convenient and swift service for our customers. We hope that our service will bring you much happiness and more enjoyment.
Detailed service contents and measure:
1. If there is problem with the function, Unitone will allow you a service promise: Reimbursement in 7 days, replacement in 15 days.
2. Reimbursement in 7 days: If your mobile phone has functional problem in the first 7 days after you bought it, you can choose to refund the money or change a new one. And the franchiser will help you to deal with it.
3. Replace in 1 month: If your mobilephone has functional problem in the first 1 month after you bought it, you can choose to change the same one. And the franchiser will help you to deal with it.
4. Maintaining for all the life: All the Unitone mobile phones sharing a service of Maintaining for all the life. If there is functional problem occurs in the first 12 months, you can have the service of maintaining your mobile in any of Unitone’s service pot.
5. Maintaining spot located the whole country: You can have the service in every where for Unitone’s mobile.
6. If you have battery problem, you can change it freely in the first 6 months; for the charger and the charger seat, the longest quality guarantee is 1 year, you can choose to change or to repair in the first 1 year; for the earphone and the data line, it allows for 3 months.
In order to ensure your legal rights, please pay attention on the following information:
1. Please bring the effective warrant and invoice when you need a maintaining. And please do not modify the warrant and invoice and do not rip off the IMEI number behind the battery, or you would need to pay the maintain fees.
2. During the quality guarantee period, you can only have the free maintaining with effective warrant and invoice. If not, all the maintaining will only allow 1year from the production date.
3. Accord with the replacement, we only replace for the functional parts: e.g. if the mainframe was broken, we only replace the mainframe; if the battery was broken, we only replace the battery.
4. In the quality guarantee period, if the battery, charger and external earphone have functional problem, you can replace them at the place where you buy the phone. If you changed two times but still can not work, you can return the mobile and get your money back.
Limited maintaining terms:
Return, replacement or maintenance only permitted for the use under the natural using status. If damaged by people, we can deal it for the customers but it needs charge fees. These includes:
1. Due to the carelessness, defect, misuse, misapplication and other disaster
2. Due to user’s removing, face-lifting.
3. Connect to inadequacy accessories, do not use according to the user manual, damaged by transporting and other suddenness
4. Damaged by wrong operating
5. Natural abrasion of the labels and some other self-attaint parts
6. Exceed the quality guarantee period
7. Without warrant and invoice
8. Goods can not match to the warrant and invoice
Special instruction:
1. For those phones which with water in and damaged by people please sign the maintaining relevant agreement first or we will regard it as that consumer would not like to have a maintaining.
2. Damaged by the people and at the same time have quality problem, will not be included in this guarantee terms, but we will charge the material fees and maintaining fees if the customer ask us to maintain it.
3. If the maintaining spot charge the fees, please record the reason for charging and ask customer to sign it, or if there is complaints happens for this, the maintaining spot should be responsible for this.
4. It takes another 30 days guarantee for the original malfunction (exclude damaged by water and people)
5. If Unitone has promised in the A.D, we will carry out the guarantee according to the promise in the A.D
Attention Proceedings:
1. Please fill in your name, contact number, failure, required testing, maintaining and other contents clearly; we will estimate and deal with it according to contents your write.
2. Please record all the information in your mobile phone before sending to maintain.
3. You can only take your mobile back by our note. If you lose the note, please bring your ID card or other effective documents to transact.
If pays by cheque can only get the mobile after funds received
if there are some terms can not fit the country rule, please execute it under the country rule.
